Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Demonstrate technical and product knowledge to best assist customers in product selection
- Act as the subject matter expert on electric utility products
- Accurately document customers records using automated systems
- Effectively collaborate with other Fletcher-Reinhardt team members
- Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Proven inside sales experience
- General knowledge of electrical utility products
