Tournament Schedule

  • Team Check-in: 10:00 AM
  • Box Lunch: 10:00-10:45 AM (can take with you on the course)
  • Shotgun Start: 11:00 AM
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start to allow adequate time for check-in and tournament preparation.
  • Awards & Banquet Dinner: Will be held immediately following the tournament as planned.

Arrival & Departure Requirements

Due to circumstances beyond our control, all tournament participants, attendees, sponsors, and volunteers will need to plan to arrive and depart within the following designated time frames:

Arrival Window: 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Departure Window: 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM

To help ensure safe, efficient traffic flow, vehicle access across the bridge leading to the golf course entrance will be restricted outside of these designated windows. A barricade will be in place and managed by a St. Louis County Police Officer during the arrival and departure windows.

These measures are being implemented to minimize unnecessary traffic and maintain a safe environment for everyone attending the event.

Please note that emergency access in and out of the facility will remain available should circumstances require it.


EBMI welcomes participation from both members and non-members. Please note that company branding on promotional materials is an added benefit included with EBMI membership, as outlined in the package pricing and registration details. Non-members may register for available packages; branding benefits may vary.
